Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at our rehabilitation center, you will work in a supportive, onsite environment equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and technology. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify each patient's specific needs and set tailored rehabilitation goals.
• Create and implement comprehensive treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities and manual techniques designed to enhance mobility and function.
• Employ cost-effective treatment strategies and interventions to facilitate movement improvement and recovery.
• Design wellness and fitness programs that align with patient-specific goals to promote active and healthy lifestyles.
• Motivate and support patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, ensuring they remain engaged and optimistic about their recovery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to each patient's care.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment sessions accurately and timely, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with adults experiencing musculoskeletal injuries and orthopedic-related conditions. You will encounter patients recovering from surgeries, active individuals sustaining injuries, and those needing rehabilitation to regain their functional skills. Each patient brings a unique journey, and your expertise will be central to navigating their road to recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; a Master's degree or Doctorate is preferred.
• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• A minimum of two years of experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, emphasizing the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions.
• Strong patient care skills including comprehensive assessment, treatment planning, and direct hands-on care.
• Exceptional communication abilities to effectively engage patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

Preferred Experience

• Experience using advanced therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and modalities like ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Familiarity with digital documentation systems for charting and treatment plan tracking.
• Proven ability to adapt treatment strategies to accommodate varying patient personalities and needs.

Compensation and Benefits
