Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and empathetic mental health assessments to understand the individual needs of children and adolescents.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans that consider the developmental stages of young clients and the dynamics of their family environments.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and play therapy, to effectively address an array of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions, guiding parents and caregivers on fostering supportive and nurturing environments for their children.

• Collaborate intimately with a team of child psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to deliver cohesive care that encompasses the various aspects of a patient's life.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for cases of mental health emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of young individuals.

• Educate families and patients about mental health issues, available treatments, and relevant community resources to empower them in their journey toward healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
