Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess mental health conditions, utilizing the latest DSM criteria under supervisory guidance.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients, integrating evidence-based interventions tailored to their specific needs.

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, including creating therapeutic strategies for members with dual disorders.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate appropriate psychiatric care.

• Document clinical notes and prepare reports efficiently while ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Participate in team meetings to assess treatment strategies, address complex cases, and review quality assurance metrics.

• Maintain a high standard of professional development through continuous education and participation in therapeutic training sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current LMFT license or a Psy.D in the state of Texas.

• A master’s or doctoral-level degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing psychotherapy services.

• Proficient in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with therapeutic modalities including, but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team while adapting therapeutic methods to meet client needs.

• Familiarity with conducting group therapy sessions and working with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
