Work Environment

This role is onsite at our modern rehabilitation facility, where you will work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Our environment encourages teamwork, with close collaboration between physical therapists and other healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions, recognizing their individual goals and needs to develop effective treatment plans.
• Manage a patient load of one individual per hour, allowing for focused, personalized care.
• Utilize various treatment techniques and modalities to improve patients' mobility and function.
• Provide evidence-based interventions to reduce the need for medications and avoid surgical options when appropriate.
• Design customized fitness and rehabilitation programs that cater to the unique requirements of each patient.
• Motivate patients throughout their treatment journeys to achieve optimal functional outcomes.
• Document patient interactions and service provided in compliance with organizational standards.
• Monitor patient progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient base primarily consists of individuals with private medical insurance, including athletes and active adults seeking rehabilitation for orthopedic injuries. Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of California.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong manual therapy skills and a comprehensive understanding of orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Proficiency in creating effective exercise routines tailored to the needs of diverse patient populations.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) software, notably WebPT, to facilitate efficient documentation and patient tracking.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in an orthopedic outpatient physical therapy clinic is highly desirable.
• A background in sports rehabilitation or related fields is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience adapting treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
