Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of new patients by reviewing medical histories and performing specific assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation findings, treatment goals, and progress updates clearly to patients and their families.
• Implement individualized treatment protocols based on patient evaluations and current healthcare standards, adapting as necessary based on patient progress.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care, recognizing and responding appropriately to any changes in patient conditions.
• Manage comprehensive discharge planning and ensure efficient follow-up care while documenting all patient interactions accurately for continuity of care.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills to meet productivity expectations and maintain an organized treatment schedule.
• Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives to strengthen clinic visibility and promote our services.
• Contribute to departmental objectives and adhere to accreditation regulations to maintain high standards of practice.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, serving as a mentor to interns and new staff, and actively pursuing further education in the field.
