Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with diverse needs, determining their specific physical therapy requirements and setting clear therapeutic goals.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing various techniques, including exercise therapy, manual therapy, and the use of assistive devices, to facilitate rehabilitation and restore mobility.
• Document patient progress meticulously, tracking improvements and adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
• Engage patients and their families in the treatment process by educating them on their conditions and involving them in goal-setting for their physical rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care, allowing for comprehensive treatment strategies that address the physical, emotional, and social factors affecting patient health.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities and continuing education opportunities to enhance clinical skills and keep abreast of the latest advancements in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Raintree Solution, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children recovering from sports injuries, adults needing rehabilitation following surgery, and elderly patients managing chronic pain or mobility challenges. Your role will be pivotal in empowering patients to regain independence and improve their quality of life through focused therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• A current State License in Physical Therapy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation purposes.

• Current CPR certification.

Compensation and Benefits
