Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to inform treatment decisions and foster effective therapeutic relationships.

• Provide individual and family therapy tailored to the unique needs of each patient, utilizing evidence-based modalities to facilitate recovery.

• Timely documentation is crucial; complete billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms within established deadlines to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, and wellness plans aimed at supporting stable functioning among patients.
\n
• Create effective discharge plans that prepare patients for successful transitions from therapy.
\n
• Uphold all federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and internal company procedures, ensuring compliance in all aspects of your work.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training and education, maintaining up-to-date skills and knowledge in the field of mental health.

• Participate in case consultations and regular agency meetings to discuss progress, share insights, and collaborate with peers on best practices.

• Complete all necessary licensure requirements and mandatory training to contribute effectively to our clinical team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Concentra, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population. Your clients may include individuals from various cultural backgrounds, presenting with a wide range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. By utilizing a holistic and integrative approach, you will help patients work towards achieving their treatment goals and enhancing their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field that qualifies for licensure.

• Current Licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the State of Arizona.

• Prior experience providing therapy in a community health clinic setting is desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your licensure and experience. Additional benefits include:
