Work Environment

Our Ashburn facility features a state-of-the-art rehabilitation environment equipped with the latest technology and treatment modalities, allowing you to deliver the highest standard of care. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, providing a predictable routine that supports work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Customize therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient's unique needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Manage a manageable caseload, ensuring that patients receive focused and personalized attention during every session.
• Utilize your expertise in outpatient orthopedic care to assess conditions accurately and design effective treatment programs.
• Implement cost-effective and evidence-based treatment strategies aimed at improving patient mobility while emphasizing non-surgical treatment options.
• Develop and adjust comprehensive care plans that incorporate a variety of techniques including manual therapies and exercise regimens.
• Create individualized fitness and wellness programs that encourage patient participation and adherence to therapy.
• Motivate patients through their recovery journey, focusing on positive outcomes such as improved strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Document patient care consistently and accurately using EMR systems, ensuring continuity of care and compliance with legal requirements.
• Continuously assess treatment outcomes and patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your patient demographic will primarily consist of those requiring outpatient rehabilitation services, including athletes recovering from sports injuries, individuals with post-surgical rehabilitation needs, and patients seeking to improve their physical functionality. You will play a critical role in fostering a supportive environment that encourages patient empowerment and recovery.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required, along with an active and immaculately maintained Physical Therapist license in Virginia.
• Demonstrated proficiency in various manual therapy modalities and a strong ability to design effective exercise programs that yield patient success.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) software, particularly WebPT, for accurate patient documentation.
• In-depth knowledge of current physical therapy techniques supported by the latest research and evidenced-based practice.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an outpatient clinical environment with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation is ideal.
• Experience in sports medicine rehabilitation will be considered a strong asset, enhancing our capability to serve our patient population effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
