Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and needs, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their personal histories.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices that address a variety of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Provide ongoing therapeutic sessions aimed at equipping clients with coping strategies and tools to manage their symptoms effectively.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, promoting a supportive atmosphere where clients can share their experiences and challenges.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to ensure coordinated and holistic client care.

• Document all interactions and progress in a timely manner through an EHR system, maintaining compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience with a broad range of psychological conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
