Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to provide care from the comfort of your own space while maintaining a professional commitment to client outcomes. The nature of telehealth allows for a convenient and adaptable work schedule, accommodating patient needs while ensuring work-life balance. Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gauge client needs, strengths, and therapeutic goals.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitating engaging psychoeducational and support groups to foster community among clients and address shared issues.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure comprehensive care that is tailored to each patient's unique circumstances.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and appropriate support.
\n
• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and resources available within the community.
\n
• Maintain detailed and confidential records in alignment with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring accuracy in documentation.

• Participate actively in case discussions, team meetings, and ongoing professional development initiatives to enhance clinical skills.

• Continuously update knowledge on recent research and trends in mental health therapy to inform practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families from various cultural and social backgrounds. Your role is essential in supporting patients with a range of mental health issues, fostering a safe environment where they can openly discuss their challenges and work toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in the state of California.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of various mental health disorders, treatment methods, and therapeutic practices.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting mental health assessments and formulating effective treatment strategies.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy to a variety of clients.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect empathetically with clients.

• Strong adherence to ethical standards and professional boundaries.
\n
• Competency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary healthcare team.

Preferred Experience\n

• A Master’s Degree in a related field is preferred but not required.

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
