Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize digital solutions to implement symptom self-assessments, monitor functional improvements, and adjust treatment plans based on individual client progress.

• Maintain secure and timely clinical documentation within our reliable therapist portal to ensure compliance and enhance transparency in treatment processes.

• Participate in regular consultations and support sessions with the Therapy Leadership Team, integrating feedback to enhance therapeutic approaches.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, applying DSM-V standards to formulate accurate diagnoses and develop customized treatment plans reflective of best practices.

• Employ various therapeutic models, including behavior modification and cognitive-behavioral therapy, to provide personalized therapy and counseling to clients.

• Engage in collaborative care by working with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to establish a comprehensive treatment strategy for clients.

• Deliver weekly evidence-based therapy through live video sessions, serving adults dealing with a spectrum of emotional and psychological disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Senior Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Gentle Counseling, you will work primarily with adults facing diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Your role will involve providing empathetic support and evidence-based interventions that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
