Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic services via live video sessions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy and other proven interventions.

• Document clinical assessments and treatment plans promptly using our user-friendly therapist portal, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date to facilitate continuity of care.

• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and other therapists in our growing community to develop and execute comprehensive treatment strategies tailored to individual needs.

• Engage with automated symptom self-assessments and progress measures to adjust treatment plans effectively and track client outcomes.

• Participate in regular consultations with the Therapy Leadership Team to share insights, discuss challenges, and receive ongoing professional development support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will be applied to a diverse clientele, including adults dealing with a variety of emotional disorders such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and more severe mental health challenges. You will ensure culturally responsive care and be an advocate for all populations, empowering clients through understanding and tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctorate in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MS, MFT, MSW, PhD, PSYD).

• Possession of an independent license to practice in the state of Oregon (such as LCSW, LMFT, LPC), with additional state licenses regarded as advantageous.
