Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create personalized treatment plans for clients, incorporating both pre-crisis and crisis interventions.

• Document sessions and treatment progress efficiently, adhering to regulatory standards and best practices.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and therapeutic methodologies to address client needs effectively.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individual patients.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain the high standards set by our organization.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant state agencies, community partners, and service systems, building effective communication channels.

• Engage in outreach and networking to foster relationships with local and state organizations, seeking new partnerships and funding opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals seeking mental health support, those experiencing substance use challenges, and clients with developmental disabilities. Your role will involve engaging with individuals on a personal level, understanding their unique needs, and supporting their journey toward recovery and integration into the community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is mandatory.

• Must hold an independent LMHC license issued by the state board.

• Strong capability to document clinical records and prepare reports in accordance with best practices.
