Key Responsibilities

In the role of Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Implement individualized therapeutic interventions aimed at restoring function and enhancing quality of life.
• Utilize a variety of modalities and techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education, to facilitate recovery.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited APTA or CAPTE program.
• A current State License in Physical Therapy to practice in Virginia.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective patient education and documentation.
• Proficiency in word processing and basic computer skills to manage patient records.

Preferred Experience

While we welcome new graduates, candidates with prior experience in orthopedic, pediatric, or neurologic physical therapy, as well as experience in home care settings, will be given preference. Compensation and Benefits
