Work Environment

As a physical therapist at Cred Physical Therapy Clinic, you will primarily work onsite, engaging with patients in their homes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, including reviewing pertinent medical histories, performing assessments, and documenting findings to develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Educate patients and their families about evaluation results and treatment plans, ensuring that they are involved in the goals-setting process to promote buy-in and commitment to rehabilitation.
• Implement individualized treatment protocols based on patient evaluations, continuously adapting techniques according to patient progress and changes in their condition.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and consult when changes in patient conditions arise, documenting modifications to treatment plans as necessary.
• Oversee discharge planning, coordinating follow-up care while maintaining accurate and timely documentation of all patient care activities to meet regulatory standards.
• Demonstrate exceptional time management skills to meet productivity expectations, maintaining an organized schedule for patient appointments and meetings.
• Engage in departmental goals and initiatives by contributing to continuous quality improvement efforts and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Pursue ongoing education and professional growth opportunities while serving as a clinical instructor for students in training, guiding the next generation of physical therapists.
• Foster a positive patient experience by being adaptable and responsive to patient needs, actively participating in community outreach programs and marketing activities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. Your role will significantly impact their rehabilitation journey, providing tailored therapies that prioritize their unique needs, goals, and living situations. Through a hands-on approach, you will strive to empower patients to take an active role in their recovery process.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid physical therapy license in the state of New Jersey is mandatory.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association is required.
• Willingness to meet all state-specific licensure requirements as necessary.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred, though exceptional new graduates with relevant internships may apply.
• Experience in home care or outpatient settings is advantageous and will be viewed favorably.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
