Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their mental health needs, including the use of standardized screening tools and individualized interviews.

• Develop, update, and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals and needs, employing evidence-based practices.

• Provide therapy services that encompass a broad range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Document client progress meticulously in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and internal protocols.

• Engage in regular supervision and team collaborations, sharing insights and strategies with other therapists to enhance the quality of care.

• Stay informed on current mental health research, regulations, and resources to offer clients the most effective therapeutic methods.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, addressing their distinctive mental health challenges. Our patient population includes children, adolescents, adults, and families facing conditions such as PTSD, mood disorders, and systemic issues stemming from socioeconomic and cultural factors. Your ability to connect with and understand these clients will be pivotal in fostering trust and encouraging therapeutic progress.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology or a related field is required.

• A current, valid, and unrestricted license as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC in the state of Washington is mandatory.

• At least 3 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is 3 years, experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care will be beneficial. Familiarity with electronic health record systems will enhance your efficiency and accuracy in documenting client progress.

The compensation for this position is competitive, with a salary range of USD 100,000 – 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
