Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for clients.
\n
• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms.
\n
• Participating in case discussions and collaborative treatment planning with colleagues to share insights and enhance outcomes.
\n
• Maintaining clinical documentation and progress notes in a timely manner to comply with company standards and insurance requirements.
\n
• Engaging in ongoing professional development, including attending training sessions and accessing free online continuing education units (CEUs).
\n
• Supporting the Admissions and Assessment team as needed to ensure a smooth client intake process.
\n
• Building strong therapeutic relationships with clients to cultivate trust and facilitate effective healing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our focus is primarily on adolescents and young adults, a demographic experiencing heightened mental health challenges today. By committing to a small client load of no more than 8 clients in group therapy settings, we enable our counselors to develop meaningful therapeutic relationships and deliver personalized care that contributes to sustainable healing.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidates will possess:

• An active and unrestricted state license in one of the following areas: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
\n
• Availability to work a minimum of 12 hours per week for contract positions, or a full-time commitment with flexibility for evening and weekend hours for W2 positions.

• A strong familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience working with adolescent and young adult populations in clinical settings.
\n
• Evidence-based treatment approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care.

• A demonstrated history of successful client engagement and outcomes in mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
