Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their needs, strengths, and challenges related to drug dependency and mental health issues.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, focusing on solution-oriented interventions.

• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation that reflects the care provided and meets regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate actively with internal multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes.

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored specifically to substance abuse recovery.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders and available community resources, promoting informed decision-making.

• Stay current with ongoing research and best practices in the field to continually improve service quality and efficacy.

• Manage an assigned caseload effectively to meet treatment goals and maintain ethical and professional standards in practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with clients facing challenges related to drug dependency and other mental health issues. The patients you support are often in crisis and require empathetic guidance and intervention. Working in a hospice center, you will also be addressing complex end-of-life issues, emphasizing dignity and quality of life during their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LCSW license in the state of California.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from a recognized and accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
