Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients' mental health conditions and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate one-on-one and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness approaches.

• Engage in collaborative treatment meetings with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure cohesive and integrative care for clients.

• Provide psychoeducation and guidance to clients’ families, enhancing support systems and fostering active involvement in the therapeutic process.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with HIPAA and professional ethical standards, ensuring compliance and securing client welfare.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse clientele predominantly from the Latinx community, alongside individuals from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. This role will involve addressing a wide range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. Understanding and respect for cultural nuances will be paramount in delivering effective support and treatment interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field, demonstrating educational preparedness for counseling responsibilities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
