Key Responsibilities\n

As a Virtual Mental Health Counselor, you will engage in a variety of essential functions aimed at producing positive therapeutic outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of new clients to develop personalized treatment plans and interventions based on individual needs.

• Facilitating and leading therapeutic consumer groups, fostering a sense of community and support among participants.

• Maintaining meticulous and updated documentation on client treatment plans, daily progress notes, discharge summaries, and unusual incident reports, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Participating actively in staff meetings, case conferences, and training sessions to enhance team collaboration and clinical effectiveness.

• Conducting individual counseling sessions via telehealth platforms, utilizing evidence-based practices to address clients’ mental health challenges.

• Assisting clients in accessing community-based resources and advocating for their social service needs in coordination with local agencies and organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will provide telehealth services to a diverse client population, including individuals grappling with mental health issues related to perinatal experiences, depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your expertise will help clients navigate their unique circumstances with compassion and individualized care, contributing significantly to their overall mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is required.

• No history of medical malpractice claims, verified by a third-party.

• Authorization to work in the United States and willingness to comply with all telehealth regulations and ethics.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year , based on caseload and experience.
