Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments of individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, followed by the formulation of tailored treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

• Perform comprehensive initial patient and family evaluations to determine the most appropriate therapeutic interventions, ensuring timely triage of care.

• Effectively communicate with colleagues during interdisciplinary meetings and via documentation to coordinate holistic care plans and track patient progress.

• Provide high-quality clinical care that encompasses psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of patients, upholding best practices regardless of client age.

• Manage cases for assigned clients, collaborating with community resources and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective treatment.

• Complete documentation accurately and efficiently, adhering to departmental guidelines while maintaining confidentiality.

• Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques along with other evidence-based treatment modalities to guide clients through individualized service plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will encompass a diverse cohort, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, each facing unique mental health challenges. Whether facilitating therapy sessions for anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship issues, your role will critically contribute to their overall well-being and improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree is preferred.

• Availability and willingness to conduct up to 40 therapy sessions per week, including evenings or weekends as needed.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, preferably in an outpatient or telehealth setting.

• Experience with various therapeutic modalities and techniques, especially Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, is beneficial.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
