Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, fostering rapport and building trusting relationships while upholding professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate their progress, discuss stability, and plan upcoming appointments, including facilitating discharges when appropriate.

• Develop and implement comprehensive, person-centered treatment plans, tailored to the individual needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates for all clients.
\n
• Perform intake assessments to understand client histories and needs effectively.
\n
• Provide individual counseling sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Engage in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback on practice.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses primarily on youth, providing essential mental health services in a compassionate and understanding manner. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
