Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients while fostering rapport and building trusting therapeutic relationships.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss their progress, schedule follow-ups, and determine appropriate discharge plans.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment efficacy reviews.

• Execute intake assessments to gather comprehensive client histories and treatment requirements.

• Facilitate structured individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, applying evidence-based practices.

• Engage in regular individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and address challenges in practice.
