Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories, mental health statuses, and psychosocial needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) in one-on-one and group sessions.

• Facilitate transformative individual and group therapy sessions aimed at assisting patients in processing their trauma, developing essential coping strategies, and fostering emotional healing.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach is taken for integrated patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and emotional support during trauma-related emergencies or heightened distress situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
