Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients' mental health status, utilizing tools such as the DSM-5 to guide interventions.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that are innovative and culturally sensitive, addressing the unique needs associated with the patient population.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Prepare and maintain all required documentation, including treatment records and progress reports, in compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures.

• Collaborate with clients and their families to develop actionable treatment objectives, foster communication, and ensure alignment in care strategies.

• Serve as a crucial resource for patients, coordinating referrals and maintaining effective relationships with external treatment providers.

• Engage in mentorship and educational roles by supervising interns and peers, contributing to their professional development and maintaining the highest standards of care.

Qualifications\n
