Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Serene Siera Vista, you will:

• Engage in crisis intervention when required, utilizing swift and competent judgment to support clients in distress.

• Compile timely, thorough documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes to fulfill compliance and quality assurance standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active Florida state license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
