Regular business hours are supplemented with occasional evening shifts to accommodate the needs of our clients and ensure comprehensive service delivery.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapy methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and group therapy techniques, to address a wide range of mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic, cohesive care to clients.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress, utilizing your skills and empathy to de-escalate situations effectively.

• Participate in community outreach programs aimed at raising mental health awareness and reducing stigmas associated with seeking help.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent and active license as a Licensed Independent Certified Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to establish trust and rapport with clients.

• Demonstrated cultural competence, with the ability to provide effective support to clients from varied backgrounds.

• Well-developed organizational and time-management capabilities, ensuring precise documentation and timely follow-up on client progress.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling, preferably within a community-centered setting.

• Experience in crisis intervention and emergency response, with a keen ability to process acute mental health situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
