Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, identifying client needs and triaging care effectively to ensure timely access to appropriate services.

• Document comprehensive treatment plans and interventions in collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams, actively participating in patient rounds and regular staff meetings for cohesive patient care.

• Develop and implement behavioral interventions, particularly using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based techniques, to assist clients in reaching their individual service plan goals.

• Manage a caseload of patients, providing case management services, and facilitating consultations with hospital and community professionals to create a network of support for clients.

• Ensure ethical and timely documentation of clinical services, following organizational policies that uphold the standards of patient care and confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in Arizona as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
\n
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills that foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate patient documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
