Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health, including diagnostic evaluations and risk assessments to formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy using a variety of evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy to facilitate client engagement and progress.

• Establish and monitor therapeutic goals, adapting treatment approaches to reflect the evolving needs of clients.

• Offer flexible teletherapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients facing transportation or mobility challenges.

• Maintain accurate and secure documentation in accordance with organizational and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage consistently in professional development through workshops, training, and peer consultations to remain informed about current practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a part of our community health clinic, you will deliver care to a diverse population of clients, including individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Marvelous Counseling Services, we offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
