Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand patients' trauma histories and develop appropriate treatment strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), tailored to the specific needs of each patient.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process trauma, develop effective coping mechanisms, and promote healing in a supportive environment.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patient safety and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Demonstrated experience in delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
