Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and goals, leading to the creation of individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based modalities—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy—to provide effective therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups aimed at improving mental health literacy and building community among participants.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive patient care.

• Render crisis intervention and stabilization services during mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate clients on various mental health disorders, treatment options, and available resources within the community to promote informed decision-making.

• Maintain accurate, secure, and confidential documentation, adhering to both legal standards and ethical considerations.

• Engage in regular team meetings and case consultations to review client progress, learn from colleagues, and participate in thematic discussions relevant to mental health practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
