Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality virtual counseling and psychotherapy to a wide range of clients, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs.

• Keep accurate, timely documentation in compliance with professional standards and organizational policies, including progress notes and treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. This patient-centered approach requires you to build rapport and trust while utilizing evidence-based practices to guide treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid mental health license in the state of Oregon, such as LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).

• A Master’s degree in a related field, such as Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely associated discipline.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, colleagues, and external professionals.

• Strong foundational knowledge of clinical theories, assessment tools, and evidence-based treatment modalities, along with a dedication to ethical practice.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience in clinical practice is required, candidates with prior telehealth experience will stand out. Familiarity with virtual counseling tools, platforms, and techniques enhances your ability to adapt to this specific work setting.

This position offers an annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, coupled with competitive benefits.
