Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs and formulate tailored treatment plans that meet these unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), to support the diverse therapeutic requirements of clients.

• Facilitate psychoeducational sessions and support groups specifically designed to address common mental health concerns, fostering community and connection among participants.

• Work in tandem with psychiatrists and other professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic care, discussing treatment progress and strategies collaboratively.

• Provide crisis intervention services and offer immediate support during mental health emergencies, ensuring clients feel supported and safe.
\n
• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources tailored to enhance their understanding and management of their well-being.

• Maintain precise and confidential records in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations, ensuring timely documentation and updates in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Engage actively in case consultations and team meetings, contributing insights to improve overall practice and treatment outcomes.

• Stay informed of the latest clinical research and developments in mental health therapy, applying this knowledge to enhance practice and treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, couples, and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and validated licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of Texas.

• In-depth knowledge of various mental health disorders alongside evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and proficiently develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual patients.

• Experience delivering both individual and group therapy to a diverse array of populations.
