Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with Assisted Hand Medical Group, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough mental health evaluations and diagnosing various conditions to inform treatment planning.

• Engaging actively in both group and individual supervision sessions to enhance personal and professional growth.
\n
• Delivering crisis intervention services to individuals in immediate need, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

• Collaborating with the Oregon Health Authority to accurately provide enrollment and discharge data for problem gambling treatment customers.
\n
• Coordinating care with other community agencies such as schools, group homes, law enforcement, and healthcare facilities to ensure comprehensive treatment plans are in place.

• Offering education and prevention resources regarding behavioral health and addiction issues to encourage community awareness.
\n
• Attending administrative meetings, trainings, and conferences to gain new insights and apply them to improve agency services.

• Developing and maintaining a Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement (QA/QI) plan, including the initiation and implementation of necessary policies and procedures.

• Performing any additional duties as assigned by management that contribute to the overall effectiveness of the team.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon, or eligibility for licensure.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with additional qualifications, such as a Master's Degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, or Family Therapy, as well as experience in community collaboration with various social service agencies, will be given preference.
