Work Environment

This full-time position is onsite at our modern rehabilitation facility, featuring treatment rooms, exercise areas, and rehabilitation tools designed to optimize recovery. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their physical abilities and rehabilitation needs, tailoring individualized treatment plans accordingly.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at reducing pain, restoring mobility, and improving the overall functional status of patients.
• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and recovery goals, incorporating feedback and collaboration from other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, self-management strategies, and injury prevention, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
• Maintain meticulous records of patient interactions, evaluations, and progress in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will involve a diverse clientele, primarily composed of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• Completion of a Bachelor's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience, preferably encompassing orthopedic care.
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills to develop effective treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits

This position's salary ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
