Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' physical capabilities, limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans aimed at improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing overall wellness.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques and modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Monitor patient progress, documenting treatment plans and modifications as needed, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Engage in collaborative team meetings with other healthcare professionals to discuss patient care strategies and outcomes.
• Provide clear and comprehensive education to patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, and the importance of adherence to treatment regimens.
• Helpen actively create a patient-centered environment that emphasizes the importance of achieving personal health goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be serving a diverse population of patients, ranging from young athletes recovering from sports injuries to elderly individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries such as hip or knee replacements. Your role will be critical in addressing the specific needs of individuals dealing with chronic pain, post-operative recovery, and mobility challenges while fostering therapeutic relationships built on trust and empathy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of New Jersey.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, specifically in orthopedic settings.
• Exceptional clinical reasoning skills and the ability to create innovative treatment strategies tailored to each patient.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
• Great interpersonal skills that enable the development of strong therapeutic relationships with patients and team members.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
