Work Environment

This full-time position is based onsite at our fully equipped rehabilitation facility in New Brunswick, NJ. The work schedule follows a predictable routine from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' functional capabilities and limitations, establishing a baseline to guide treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies using evidence-based practices, focusing on recovering mobility and decreasing pain levels.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities and hands-on techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities like electrical stimulation and ultrasound, tailoring approaches based on patient needs and responses.
• Conduct regular progress assessments and adjust treatment plans accordingly to maximize patient outcomes, ensuring all adjustments are documented accurately.
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams, collaborating with physicians, occupational therapists, nurses, and administrative staff to coordinate patient care effectively.
• Provide education to patients and their families on recovery strategies, home exercises, and lifestyle modifications aimed at preventing injuries.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Simple Strokes Therapy Center, you will work with a diverse patient base, involving individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and those managing chronic musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or higher (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid New Jersey physical therapy license is required to practice.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a physical therapy setting, preferably focused on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Strong clinical reasoning skills, with an ability to make informed decisions tailored to each patient's needs.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 100,000 and 120,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
