Our facility operates Monday through Saturday, accommodating the diverse needs of students and their families.

Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments of individuals, families, and groups, tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Engage in ongoing therapy sessions, applying modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other clinically recognized treatment methods.

• Collaborate closely with educational staff, parents, and community resources to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Document assessments, treatment interventions, and client progress comprehensively and in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and best practices.

• Provide case management for assigned patients, coordinating care with external agencies and resources to ensure a holistic approach to mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-aged clients who may be experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. You will work with individuals and families looking for support in coping with life transitions, academic pressures, and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field is required.

Preferred Experience\n

We value your experience, and candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, particularly in outpatient or school-based settings. In addition, any experience working with children and adolescents will be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
