Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, followed by appropriate clinical interventions tailored to their needs. This includes thorough initial evaluations that guide the treatment approach.

• Regularly engage in interdisciplinary care discussions with other staff members, ensuring collaborative treatment plans are effectively documented and shared during meetings, such as patient rounds.

• Provide case management services for assigned patients, which may include coordinating with local hospitals and community programs to facilitate comprehensive care delivery that addresses all aspects of the patient’s well-being.

• Maintain a consistent focus on physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of clients, demonstrating the knowledge and skills to provide culturally competent care.

• Ensure timely and ethical completion of documentation as mandated by departmental standards, which is critical for continuity of care and regulatory compliance.

• Provide cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatment modalities, assisting patients and families in developing and adhering to individualized service plans that promote well-being.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Radiant Mental Health Associates, your primary focus will be supporting students of various ages within school environments. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• Proven clinical experience of at least 2 years in delivering mental health counseling, particularly in school or community settings.
