This role offers the flexibility of a fully remote working environment, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your own space while maintaining essential professional standards. You will work Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, enjoying a balanced work-life experience without evening or weekend obligations.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload, effectively establishing rapport and positive working relationships with clients through active listening and empathetic engagement.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to track their progress, discuss immediate concerns, and adjust therapeutic approaches as needed, including preparing for discharge when appropriate.

• Formulate, execute, and continuously monitor personalized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices while being mindful of each client's unique circumstances.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather essential information regarding new clients and their mental health history.

• Document all client interactions, treatment progress, and updates meticulously to ensure compliance with clinical best practices and facilitate seamless communication with associated healthcare providers.

• Engage in regular individual supervision to reflect on personal practice, uphold ethical standards, and enhance clinical skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, structured under a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates—ensuring you are compensated promptly, even before collections.
