Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with Intellect Capacity Mental Clinic, your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating effective communication among patients, families, guardians, and interdisciplinary team members to support client development.

• Creating detailed action plans that outline scheduled appointments, home visits, and therapeutic sessions.

• Organizing in-home visits for evaluations and to perform observations, chart reviews, and interviews.

• Implementing and monitoring treatment strategies, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards.

• Participating actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to enhance collaboration and share insights on client progress.

• Documenting monthly and quarterly progress notes to track client outcomes and adapt treatment as necessary.

• Providing oversight and training for team members on program strategies and appropriate documentation processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Knowledge of and experience with family therapy, couples therapy, substance use disorders, or trauma-informed care is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to the practice.
