Description What You Will Accomplish

• Analyze test results with precision, resolve discrepancies, and perform regular maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all procedures, assist in training new personnel, and uphold lab quality and safety standards.
• Ensure a clean, organized workspace while strictly adhering to regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health qualification, with readiness for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Complete ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of joining.
• Maintain valid certification through your tenure with us.
