Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, utilizing structured interviews and standardized tools to gather comprehensive information about history and presenting concerns.
• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methods including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and narrative therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop and articulate personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that each plan includes actionable goals, measurable outcomes, and specific therapeutic strategies.
• Continuously monitor client progress through regular follow-up sessions, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to adapt to evolving needs and ensuring effective interventions.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and uphold ethical standards mandated by professional and legal guidelines, fostering trust and openness in therapeutic relationships.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay updated with current best practices in mental health and therapy.
• Cultivate a strong therapeutic alliance with clients, employing empathy, understanding, and validation to create a supportive and motivating therapeutic environment.
• Provide clients with practical tools and strategies for overcoming challenges, enhancing their coping skills, and promoting self-efficacy in managing their mental health.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

• Demonstrated proficiency in assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of clinical interventions.

Compensation and Benefits
