Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will engage in a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with functional limitations and disabilities, tailoring treatment plans to meet individual needs.
• Document and interpret evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and comprehensively.
• Implement and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and changing needs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and professional standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and ensure continuity of care.
• Participate actively in community outreach, quality improvement initiatives, and program development, fostering community engagement and education.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to physical therapy assistants, aides, and students, nurturing the growth and competency of staff.
• Attend regular staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and in-service training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
