Work Environment\n

As a remote employee, you will work in a unique outpatient office setting that emphasizes collaboration and flexibility. While the primary responsibility is to conduct therapy and assessments from a home office, our team maintains regular virtual meetings and consultations to ensure supportive care for our patients. Our work hours are primarily Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patients' needs, and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that align with their therapeutic goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, tailored to individual needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other modalities as appropriate.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that empower patients and foster a sense of community among individuals facing similar challenges.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other team members to provide coordinated and holistic patient care, ensuring all aspects of their mental health are addressed.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, effectively managing mental health emergencies with professionalism and compassion.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and connect them with relevant community resources to enhance their support systems.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation in line with legal and ethical standards, using our robust electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families seeking support for various mental health conditions. Our patient population ranges from young adults facing anxiety and depression to older adults grappling with life transitions and chronic conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required. A Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred.

• A current and valid license to practice in Washington State as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or psychologist.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic approaches.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual patients.

• Proficiency in delivering individual therapy and facilitating group sessions for diverse populations, enhancing the cultural competence of care.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
