Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to identify individual needs and develop effective treatment plans.
• Implement and monitor personalized therapy programs to address specific needs across various specialties, including orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine.
• Provide skilled therapy services, both onsite at the rehabilitation center and potentially within patients' homes, while adhering to the physician's plan of care.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including progress notes and treatment modifications, to ensure continuity of care and achieve measurable outcomes.
• Foster relationships with patients and their families, educating them about the rehabilitation process and empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing insights, participating in team meetings, and engaging in professional development opportunities.
• Meet and exceed established minimum utilization metrics and other business goals set by the organization.
