Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations on patients referred by physicians and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs and goals.
• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as manual therapy, exercise programs, and patient education aimed at enhancing recovery and improving functional abilities.
• Document patient progress meticulously in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring that records are up to date and reflect the patient's journey and achievements.
• Engage in interdisciplinary team discussions to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes, aligning with our mission to provide holistic support.
• Offer guidance and support to patients and their families, educating them about their treatment and recovery process, thereby empowering them to take an active role in their rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will touch a diverse patient population including those with orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, pediatric needs, and sports-related rehabilitation. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is a minimum requirement, with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred.
• Active state licensure as a physical therapist in New Jersey.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (CPR) from an authorized organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective interaction with patients and team members.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems to track patient care and outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits
