Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility to work remotely while being integrated within our outpatient office framework. While the primary work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility may be necessary to accommodate patient needs. You will collaborate closely with a diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring holistic and coordinated care for all patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs, strengths, and challenges, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy to address individual, couple, and family concerns.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
