Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques, ensuring that approaches are client-centered and goal-driven.

The primary focus of your role will be to support students dealing with various emotional and behavioral challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is a must.

• At least 3 years of experience in a clinical outpatient setting, specifically in providing psychotherapy services to diverse populations.
