Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Diamond Grove, you can expect to work with a diverse range of clients experiencing various mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, substance use issues, trauma, and eating disorders. Your ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds and adapt your therapeutic approach to meet their individual needs will be crucial in fostering positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.

• Minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling, with a strong foundation in evidence-based practices.

• Deep understanding of various mental health disorders and culturally competent therapeutic approaches.

• Proficient in delivering both individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring an inclusive and respectful environment for all clients.

• Excellent crisis intervention skills, allowing you to remain composed and effective under pressure.

Compensation and Benefits\n
